We stand behind the quality of Enzamato products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Policy
Time Frame: You may return the purchased items within 10 (ten) days of receiving the product.
Condition: Items can be unused or slightly used and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Time: We will process your refund in five working days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
Exchange Policy
Defective or Damaged: If the items are defective or damaged upon receipt, you may exchange them for the same item.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or a comparable product exchange.

Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Ship the item to our return address provided by our customer service team.
