Return Policy

• Time Frame: You may return the purchased items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Refund Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchange Policy

• Defective or Damaged: If the items are defective or damaged upon receipt, you may exchange them for the same item.

• Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or a comparable product exchange.

Shipping

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Ship the item to our return address provided by our customer service team.

Directions: Pour one (1) cap full (3.5 ML) for upto five (5) litres of water, soak garments for 20 minutes, and gently hand wash. Rinse well (If necessary, can be dried without rinse). For tougher stains, apply directly on the stain and rub gently before soaking.

Mode d'emploi : Versez un (1) bouchon plein (3,5 ml) pour jusqu'à cinq (5) litres d'eau, faites tremper les vêtements pendant 20 minutes et lavez-les délicatement à la main. Bien rincer (si nécessaire, peut être séché sans rinçage). Pour les taches plus tenaces, appliquer directement sur la tache et frotter doucement avant de tremper.
