Return Policy

• Time Frame: You may return the purchased items within 10 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Refund Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchange Policy

• Defective or Damaged: If the items are defective or damaged upon receipt, you may exchange them for the same item.

• Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or a comparable product exchange.

Shipping

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact our customer service team at info@enzamato.com to notify us of the return or exchange.

• Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Ship the item to our return address provided by our customer service team.

1.Shake Well: Ensure the product is well mixed
before use. 2. Dilute: Mix 60 ml of product
between 5 to 7 litres of water in a bucket. 3.
Apply: Mop the floor with the solution. 4. Rinse (if
needed): For heavily soiled areas, allow the
cleaner to sit for a few minutes before mopping.
5. Precautionary Measures: Follow all cleaning
procedures, even though the product is natural.
For Carpet Cleaning:
Economy: Mix 60 ml of product between 3 to 5
litres of water in a bucket. Normal: Mix 60 ml of
product between 2 to 4 litres of water in a bucket.

Instructions pour une Utilisation Multi-Planchers:
1.Bien Agiter : Assurez-vous que le produit est
bien mélangé avant utilisation. 2. Dilué :
Mélangez 60 ml de produit dans 5 à 7 litres d'eau
dans un seau. 3. Appliquer : Passez la serpillière
sur le sol avec la solution. 4. Rincer (si
nécessaire) : Pour les zones très sales, laissez le
nettoyant agir pendant quelques minutes avant
de passer la serpillière. 5. Mesures de Précaution : Suivez toutes les procédures de nettoyage,
même si le produit est naturel.
Pour le Nettoyage de tapis/ Moquettes :
Économie : Mélangez 60 ml de produit dans 3 à 5
litres d'eau dans un seau. Normal : Mélangez 60
ml de produit dans 2 à 4 litres d'eau dans un seau.
